Every CI/CD pod we deploy starts from the same paved-road template: trunk-based development, signed and SBOM-attested artifacts, parallel test sharding, security gates that fail fast, ephemeral preview environments stitched to the PR, and progressive delivery to production with automated rollback on SLO regressions.
