About the work

In ServiceNow, you make ITSM, change management and automated workflows work better.

Your tasks

  1. In ServiceNow, put logic on the server with business rules and script includes, and change how forms act with UI policies and client scripts
  2. Add catalog items that staff can order, set up who must approve what (approval matrices), and automate steps with Flow Designer
  3. Hook ServiceNow up to other company tools: monitoring, asset records and HR
  4. Test platform upgrades, look after update sets, and move changes between instances

Pay and benefits

Pay: $105,000 – $130,000 per year
